Any information submitted on this website is held securely and will not be released to any third parties unless you specifically authorise us to do so.

Personal data (name, address, contact details, etc.) held will be destroyed shortly after the Ball (16^th April 2010) once all enquiries relating to refunds and rejected tickets have been dealt with. Excepting contact information you specifically allow us to use, the only information we'll keep will be non-personal data, such as the number of tickets sold, when they were sold and how they were paid for and we'll also keep any information you give to us in the optional Ball Survey. This statistical data will help us plan next year's ball.

Your Credit or Debit card information is never stored in any Ball computer or database.
